About Tafisa TAFIPAN and EVOLO

Tafisa® particleboard panels are manufactured using 100% recycled and recovered wood materials, meticulously selected to create high quality, consistent panels for furniture, millwork, cabinetry and countertops.
Tafisa® offers two types of particleboard panels: TAFIPAN®:

• EPA TSCA Title VI compliant
• TAFIPAN-EVOLOTM: CARB ULEF (Ultra Low Emitting Formaldehyde) certified

High-Tech Manufacturing
Incoming wood fibre is carefully sorted and stored in on-site warehouses to protect it from exposure to the elements. It is then refined, dried, screened, blended with binder resins, and conveyed to one of Tafisa®’s two state-of-the-art continuous presses. Our skilled production team adheres the strictest standards throughout the process, and constant quality-control testing ensures every panel meets the highest standards in the industry, board after board, year after year.

Unlimited Applications
Recognized for their durability and superior quality, Tafisa® particleboard panels are often found in kitchen and bathroom cabinets, furniture, countertops and residential/commercial applications, with or without a decorative surface.

Flexible Dimensions

TAFIPAN
TAFIPAN® particleboard panels are manufactured using 100% recovered and recycled wood materials, meticulously selected to create panels of consistently high quality for furniture, millwork, cabinetry and countertops.
With TAFIPAN® panels you are guaranteed smooth, precision-sanded faces and tight edges, whether they are sold as raw board, intended for downstream laminating or painting or converted into decorative panels.

EVOLO
TAFIPAN-EVOLO™ particleboard is Carb ULEF (Ultra Low Emitting Formaldehyde) certfified for formaldehyde emissions less than 0.05 ppm. TAFIPAN-EVOLO™ panels are also manufactured using 100% recovered and recycled wood materials, saving millions of trees every year.
As durable and consistent as they are green, Tafisa®’s TAFIPAN-EVOLO™ panels are manufactured to the highest industry standards, whether destined for raw board applications or for value-added surfacing applications. Our high-precision sanding equipment produces exceptionally smooth surfaces, resulting in a versatile and reliable substrate for paint and lamination.
